Yael Stone
Stone was raised and born from Sydney, Australia. She went to her school, the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as she attended the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone was first introduced to acting when was a young child. She acted in roles such as Me Myself and The Farm. In 2008, at the Sydney Theatre Awards she was awarded Best Newcomer as well with Best Supporting Actor for her role as a child actor in The Kid. Television work featured supporting roles on All Saints, Spirited and other shows. In 2010, she starred on stage in The Diary of a Madman. The role won her a second nomination for the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting actor. The Diary of a Madman was staged by The Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York. In March 2011, she returned to Sydney to play the leading characters of A Golem Story (a story about the golem), Summer of the Seventeenth Doll and As You Like It.
